This year, our Manager has choosen to leave the Shangrila Hotel for a service appartment in Guangzhou for the Canton Fair. My appart was 80 square meters with an opened kitchen, a living room where you really can have a rest, laying on the sofa, watching TV. My surprise was the welcome gift : 2 milk box and 2 noodle cup ! That really made me laugh !
The room : waow ! The bed is a queen size bed, there is a TV in the room, you have access to the internet, the view is not very good, but it is quite enough for sleeping. The bathroom is pretty new, well cleaned. It is really like an hotel as they clean the appartment everyday, changing the towels everyday too.
The plus : there is a washing drying machine, so that you can make your own laundry (for free). There is no restaurant in this residence, there is a buffet for breakfast that is correct. There are a few foreigners like Korean, Japanese, even Chinese in this residence. Our company has booked a shuttle only for our company so that we are not mixed with other customers, this is really a plus. Chitty, Alice and the others are really nice. I was sick and they even proposed to take me to the hospital (yeah, in China, if you wanna go to the doctor, you have to go to the hospital).
Where ? As the residence is pretty new in a new area, the taxi does not know how to get there.
Cette année, notre Manager a choisi de trocker le Shangrila pour un appart-hôtel à Canton à l'occasion de la foire de Canton. Mon appartement avait une superficie de 80m2 avec une cuisine américaine, une salle de séjour où l'on peut vraiment se reposer, allonger sur le sofa, regardant la télé. 2 surprises m'attendaient : 2 briques de lait et 2 boites de nouilles instantanées en cadeau de bienvenue ! Ca m'a vraiment fait rire !
La chambre : waow, un lit queen size, une télé dans la chambre, un accès à internet, la vue n'était pas terrible, mais bon c'était juste pour dormir. La salle de bain est neuve, tout est très propre. C'est comme un hôtel puisqu'ils font le ménage tous les jours, ils changent les serviettes de bain également.
Le plus : il y a un lave linge séchant, on peut faire sa lessive soit même (gratuitement). Il n'y a pas de restaurant dans la résidence, juste un buffet pour le petit déjeuner. Il y avait quelques clients étrangers comme des Coréens, des Japonais, et même des Chinois. Notre entreprise avait réservé un shuttle que pour nous, nous n'avions pas besoin de nous déplacer avec les autres clients. C'est vraiment un plus. Chitty, Alice et les autres sont très accueillants. J'étais malade et ils m'ont proposé de m'emmener à l'hôpital (il faut savoir qu'en Chine, on va voir le docteur à l'hosto). Etant donné que la résidence était nouvelle, même les taxis ne savaient pas aller là bas.
